Paul and I met at a real estate mastermind in 2023. We both had software engineering backgrounds and hit it off quickly. (Ask us how that went down 🤣)
In May of 2024, we started renovating our first house and four months later we had our first two tenants!
In October 2024, we started renovating our second house and by January had 5 additional rooms. That house is now 100% occupied and cash flows $2,700 a month.
We purchased our third house with friends and it is currently under renovation. At time of completion in fall of 2025, we will have 18 total rooms 🤯 and will cash flow $3,800 per month.
